General support

For questions about your account, the app, or anything else, email us at [email protected]. Please describe the issue and, where relevant, the device you're using — it helps us help you faster.

Privacy requests (access, correction, deletion, and more)

To make a privacy request, email [email protected] and include:

• the email address associated with your Aizy account (so we can locate your data);
• what you'd like us to do — for example, access, correct, delete, export a copy, or opt out;
• any detail that helps us understand your request.

You don't need an Aizy account to contact us — if you're locked out or have already deleted your account, email us anyway and we'll help.

What happens next

• Verification. To protect your data, we'll first confirm your identity — usually by confirming you control the email address on file. We only use the information in your request to verify you and to respond.
• Timing. We respond within the timeframes required by law — generally one month under the GDPR/UK GDPR and 45 days under US state laws (each extendable where the law allows, and we'll tell you if we need more time).
• Authorised agents. You may use an authorised agent to make a request on your behalf; we may ask for proof of their authority.
• Appeals. If we decline your request, you may appeal by replying to us at [email protected]. If your appeal is denied, you may contact your local data-protection authority or state attorney general.
